Six coat groups — Short/Smooth, Double Coat, Curly/Doodle, Wire/Rough, Long/Silky, Giant Breeds — each with their own bath price, full-groom price, and slot duration. Pick the breed and the right coat group loads automatically. Tank the Malamute books 90 minutes at $90 bath / $120 full groom because that's what a Double Coat actually takes. The Cavapoo books 75 minutes at Curly/Doodle pricing. No more "we'll quote on arrival" surprises.

Deposits are requested automatically, and customers pay with Pay Now from the booking flow, an email, the customer app or the desktop portal. At pickup, take the balance at the till or with Tap to Pay on a compatible iPhone or Android phone. Payments, invoices, tips and bookings reconcile themselves, so nobody re-keys a sale from another machine.
