Session Types

Every session you sell, priced its own way.

Initial Behavioural Assessment at $130. Standard Obedience at $85. Leash Walking at $150. Each is its own session type with its own duration and its own slot. Customers pick from the list, the calendar shows the right slot length, the price flows straight to the invoice. Slot increments are yours — 15, 30, or 60 minutes — so your day actually fits.

Build the program your trainers teach.

"4 week obedience" with Sit, Down, Stay, Come, Place. "6 week reactive recovery". "Puppy class, 8 weeks". Define each program once — name, description, sessions, duration, price, frequency, private or group, max participants, the skills you'll track. Toggle which sections appear on each weekly report. Schedule & Recurring Rounds

Schedule a round. It repeats itself.

Drop a program onto the calendar as a round. Pick the days of week, the start time, the start date, the trainer, the calendar colour. Auto-recurring spins up the next round automatically — by date, by number of rounds, or no end. The invoice preview at the bottom shows you exactly what'll bill across the round before you confirm.

Assessment Templates

The first-session evaluation, your way.

Every trainer evaluates a new dog with their own questions. Build the assessment template your trainers actually use — sections like Aggression, Anxiety & Fear, Reactivity, Obedience, Other Behaviours — with the specific behaviours you want to grade in each. Add a Strengths & Positives section so the report card isn't all problems. The first session generates a starting-point report card from the template and saves it to the pet record.

Some sessions only make sense at home: separation anxiety, leash reactivity off the customer's own street, resource-guarding in the room it happens in. Customers pick "Our Facility" or "In-Home" on the same screen they pick the session type, and an address field appears when they go in-home. Travel handled, address captured, no back-and-forth emails.

Pick the goals. See the price.

Customers tap the goal chips that match what they want to work on — Aggression, Separation anxiety, Resource guarding, Leash pulling, Jumping, whatever you've configured — and add their own if nothing fits. The price estimate at the bottom updates as choices change. They hit Submit Request, and the goals show up on the booking detail so the trainer already knows what the session is for before they walk in.
