Some sitters charge $85/night and that's the whole story. Some charge a flat fee for the full stay regardless of length. Toggle which model you use, set the arrival and departure windows that fit your day, decide how many homes you'll cover at once, and tick what's included — daily walks, feeding, playtime, in-home care, photo updates, medications. Home Access & Instructions

Door code, alarm, WiFi — before the sitter arrives.

The booking has a dedicated Home Access step. Customers fill out door code, alarm code, WiFi password, emergency contact, pet care notes and house notes — once. Home care requests like bringing in the mail or watering the plants are a tap. The next time they book, last booking's details are pre-filled with a "review and update" prompt so they're not retyping the same alarm code every six months.

Structured Wellness Check-In

Not "doing fine." Mood, Energy, Eating, Bathroom, Sleep.

"He's doing well" isn't an update. A real update tells the family their dog is Calm but had a Light Appetite, Chill Day for energy, Normal bathroom, Napped Lots. The sitter posts from their phone — up to three photos, five structured sections of one-tap chips, and a free-text Special Notes section for the things that don't fit a chip. The family gets meaningful, comparable data day over day, the kind of detail a vet would actually want if something changes mid-stay.

The family opens the app to a Currently at Care section showing the active booking, the day count (Day 5 of 10), the latest photos, the wellness tags from the sitter's update, and the message that came with it. One tap to View All Updates and they're into the full timeline of the stay. They're not waiting for a text message that may or may not come.
