Approve a client once
If you only take approved clients, an approval at one location counts at all of them. Nobody has to pass a second meet & greet.

Money reports, one or all
Daily, monthly, aging, tax, payments and customer reports all have a Report for picker. Choose one location or all of them, and the export has a Location column.

Move a booking
A client booked the wrong site? Move the booking, its invoice and its payments to the other location. Admins can always do it, and managers can be given the permission.

Yes. Each location is its own shop with its own calendar, prices, services, kennels and staff, all linked under one business and one login. You switch between them from the header.
Is there one dashboard for all my locations?
Yes. The all-locations dashboard shows money received, booked value, bookings, pets in today, staff on the clock and staff hours for every location, a table comparing them, what each one is booking, and money received by day.
Can each location have its own prices and services?
Yes. When you add a location you can copy the prices and booking rules from one you already run, then change anything. A location can offer different services from the others.
How do customers choose a location?
Your business is listed once, with each location under it, its own address and its own Book now button. A location that isn't open yet shows as not open for booking.
Can staff work at more than one location?
Yes. Tick the locations each person can work at. If they work at two or more, they pick the location when they sign in.
What does a second location cost?
The same as one BooknBuddy plan, from CA$39.99 or US$29.99 a month, added as another line on your existing subscription.
Can I move a booking to another location?
Yes. The booking, its invoice and its payments move together. Admins can always move bookings, and managers can be given the permission.
