Your hub — plus every business you visit.

Set your Home Base where you take bookings on non-travel days — toggle bookable on or off. Then add the businesses you travel to for dental days: the boarding kennel in Edmonton, the Pet Valu in Calgary, the grooming studio in Vancouver. Each host gets its own contact, address and notes. Customers in those areas find your dental days when they search.

Tiered Pricing

Pricing that rewards regular cleanings.

First visit or 12+ months overdue means more work, so it costs more — $350 for 45 minutes. Six to twelve months out is $300. Three to six is $250 and only 30 minutes because the buildup is lighter. Under three months gets the recent-follow-up rate of $200. Customers pick "when was your pet's last cleaning?" at booking and the right tier auto-applies. Flip the tiered toggle off and flat-rate per service is the fallback.

Scheduled Visits

Drop dental days onto host calendars.

Schedule a visit at PetSmart Edmonton for Jun 2-4. Another at Pet Valu Calgary for Jun 5-6. AWOO PETTO in Vancouver Jun 9-10. Each visit gets its own time-slot grid built from your tier durations (45m first-visit, 30m under-3-month) and a per-slot booking count. Customers in each host's area book straight into one of those days. Past, upcoming, and all filters.

Team & Permissions

Many techs, three permission tiers.

Eddie's the Lead Tech covering Western Canada — full dental access, scheduling, reports. Mike's a Technician in Southern Alberta with his own schedule, check-in and notes. Dana covers Sask and Manitoba on the same Technician tier. A View-only role is there too for office staff or partners who need read access without write. Active / Inactive toggle per tech.

Auto-remind. Share one link with every host.

Default business hours, appointment duration (30 / 45 / 60 minutes) and break between appointments (0 / 5 / 10 / 15 / 30 min) set once, override per visit if needed. Dental cleaning reminders track when pets are due for their next visit — 6, 9 or 12 months. And one shareable booking link — app.booknbuddy.com/book?b=<hub>&service=dental — that you hand to every host business so their customers find your dental days.

Mobile dental is a growing category and almost no software supports it properly. We built the Hub from first principles — the multi-host model, the tiered pricing, the per-slot grid — but we're a software company, not a dental practitioner. We need someone who actually runs a mobile AFD business to use this against real bookings and tell us what we got wrong, what's missing, and what we built that nobody actually needs.

Yes. A groomer or daycare on BooknBuddy can host a dental day, their clients book into it, and the dental provider runs the day from their own account.
