Per month. Every AI plan includes your number and 500 everyday texts for reminders, confirmations and your own messages. The number on each plan is the AI's pool: each call it answers or text conversation it handles counts as one, in any mix. Go over the pool and that month bills at the next size up, then goes back. A heads-up at 80%, or set a hard limit. Need more everyday texts? Move up to Standard or Busy texting for $30 or $70 more a month.

Is there an AI receptionist for dog grooming?

Yes. BooknBuddy's AI Front Desk answers the calls a groomer misses while their hands are full. It checks each groomer's open times, prices the groom from your price list by size, coat or breed, and books it or sends you the request. It's in early access now.

How is it different from a stand-alone AI receptionist?

Stand-alone AI receptionists are a separate product that has to connect to your booking software. This one runs inside BooknBuddy, so it reads the same calendar, prices, vaccine records and booking rules your online booking page uses, and there's nothing to connect.

I use MoeGo or Gingr. Can I get this AI receptionist?

The AI books into BooknBuddy's calendar, so your bookings need to be in BooknBuddy. When you switch, we import your clients and pets from MoeGo, GroomOre, ProPet and other systems. Using something else? Send us an export and we'll tell you what moves over.

What can it book?

Grooming, boarding, daycare and meet & greets, using your own rules. It won't book a new client who still needs a meet & greet, and it flags a vaccine that runs out before the stay. When it can't help, it takes a message for you.
