Weekly walk plans, prepaid or billed on a scheduleNEW
Regular clients go on a weekly walk plan, and the more walks a week they book, the less each walk costs. Choose how you get paid: bill the week ahead before the walks happen, or bill after on a schedule. Every client can have their own billing period, so a client who walks three times a month gets a monthly bill and one who walks five times a week gets a weekly bill.

What it does
Sell weekly walk plans with a lower price per walk the more walks a week a client books. Bill the week ahead, or bill after on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly schedule set per client.
Volume pricing
Set a price per walk for each number of walks a week. A client on four walks a week pays less per walk than a client on two.
A plan for each dog
Each dog in a household can have its own number of walks a week. The household still gets one invoice.
Second-dog discount
Take a flat amount off the second and third dog from the same home.
Prepay
Next week's invoice goes out a few days ahead at the client's plan rate. Paying it books that week's walks.
Bill after
Walks that actually happened are gathered into one invoice per client per billing period.
Your billing period
Pick a default: per booking, daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Weekly and bi-weekly bills go out on the day you choose. Monthly bills go out on the 1st.
A different period for any client
Override the default on a client's profile. A client on a few walks a month can be billed monthly while a daily client is billed weekly.
Fill the calendar ahead
On bill-after, one button books a client's plan walks 16 weeks ahead. Closed days and holidays are skipped and cancelled walks are not rebooked. A nightly top-up can keep it filled.
How it works
Set your rates
Price per walk by walks per week, in Settings.
Choose how to charge
Prepay the week ahead, or bill after.
Set billing periods
A default for the shop, changed per client where needed.
Invoices go out
On schedule, or send one now from Scheduled Billing.
What your clients see
Clients see their plan and each invoice in the Book'n app and pay online. On prepay, paying the week ahead books their walks. On bill-after, they get one invoice for the period instead of one per walk.
Good to know
- A shop uses one mode for walk plans, prepay or bill-after. The billing period can differ per client, but the mode cannot.
- The daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly billing schedule is for walks and visits. Other services are billed per booking.
- Filling walks ahead is for bill-after only. On prepay, the payment is what books the week.
- Volume pricing applies to plan walks. One-off walks are priced by walk length.
