Ask for a deposit on the services where no-shows hurt, sell day and night bundles at a discount, and keep credit on a client's account. All three come off the final invoice without anyone doing the maths.

What it does
Require a deposit as a percentage or flat amount, sell daycare, boarding and visit packages that are used up automatically, and keep account credit.
Deposits your way
A percentage or a flat amount, per service. 100% means full prepayment. You can also require payment to book at all.
First-time client deposit
Ask new clients for a flat deposit while regulars book as usual.
Daycare and boarding packages
Full-day and half-day punch cards, night bundles, drop-in visit packs and facility passes.
Expiry you control
Each package can expire after the months you choose, or never. Expired days are not used.
Sell or gift from the profile
Sell or gift a package from the client's profile, or let them buy one in their account.
Account credit
Issue credit, use it at checkout oldest first, and remove it with a reason if it was a mistake.

Good to know
- Package credits are only granted once the package invoice is actually paid.
- Deposits are never charged automatically to a saved card.
- Monthly membership auto-renewal is not available yet.
Questions
Can the deposit be a flat amount?
Yes. Percentage or flat, per service.
Can I ask only new clients for a deposit?
Yes. There is a first-time client deposit setting.
Do packages expire?
Only if you set an expiry. Zero means they never expire.
Can I gift a package?
Yes. Gifting records the package at no charge.
Can I take back credit I gave by mistake?
Yes. Remove it with a reason, and the history is kept.
