What it does
Connect Xero or QuickBooks Online once. Paid invoices are posted with the customer, your revenue accounts or items, tax and the payment. Cancellations are voided there too.
Customers created
The customer is matched by email or created in Xero or QuickBooks.
Your accounts and items
Map each service to a Xero revenue account or a QuickBooks item, with a default for anything unmapped.
Tax handled
Tax-inclusive for NZ, AU and UK, tax-exclusive for Canada and the US.
Voids follow
Cancel an invoice in BooknBuddy and it is voided in your books.
Edits resync
An edited invoice is flagged and sent again. QuickBooks also runs a nightly catch-up.
No double revenue
Deposit invoices are skipped so the same money is not counted twice.

No. They are posted when they are paid.
Will GST or VAT be split out?
Yes, based on how your accounts or items are set up for tax.
What happens if I cancel a booking?
The invoice is voided in Xero or QuickBooks too.
Does it work with QuickBooks Desktop?
No. QuickBooks Online and Xero are supported.
