What it does
Choose which vaccines are required and for how long each is valid. Owners upload certificates, AI reads the dates for staff to confirm, and bookings are blocked or held when a record is missing or expired.
Six vaccines
Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella, Leptospirosis and Lyme for dogs, FVRCP for cats, each with its own validity.
Hard or soft
Required blocks the booking. "Auto-approve only" lets it through but it waits for your approval.
Certificates read for you
Upload a photo or PDF and the dates are read automatically for staff to confirm or dismiss.
Verification
Treat unverified records as fine, flag them, or require verification before booking.
Staff alerts
